| Qualification: | • Promptly answer all telephone calls and emails and obtain accurate information pertaining to the efficient handling of customer needs or customer business;rn• Maintain dispatch input in an orderly and accurate fashion with timely updates regarding equipment movement (Trucks and trailers) and freight pick up or deliveries in the Truckmate system; rn• Maintain a complete an accurate log of all inbound freight shipments and pallet movements in the Truckmate system; rn• Ensure round trip profitability of trucks by working and communicating with shipping/receiving terminals and/or Dispatchers;rn• Update equipment movements (arrivals and departures of trucks, trailers and trips) and status in Truckmate;rn• Monitor scheduled arrival and departures for service failures and communicate to all parties involved;rn• Monitor driver performance and report any deficiencies to Management for disciplinary action; rn• Monitor daily logs and hours of work of drivers to ensure compliance |
| Responsibilities: | • 3-5 years of expereince in a similar disciplinern• Experience with customs/cross border shipmentsrn• Experience with LTL/line haul/ hazardous goods/expeditated loads rn• Strong customer focusrn• Self-motivatedrn• Assertivern• Experience with Truckmate is an asset but not a requirementrnrnHours: Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm (rotating shift on Friday/Saturday Morning) |
